Tests & Examinations

The academic progress of students is assessed through various evaluations, including monthly tests, unit tests, term tests, and terminal examinations.

Progress Report Handling

Parents are requested to review the progress report, sign it, and return it to the school within three days. As the progress report is an important document, students are expected to handle it with utmost care. In case the progress report is damaged or lost, a fine of Rs. 25/- will be charged for its replacement.

Examination Policy

Students absent from any examination, regardless of the reason, will not be re-examined. This policy emphasizes the importance of attending all scheduled examinations and assessments. Parents and students are advised to ensure attendance during these crucial times to avoid missing evaluations that contribute to the student academic record.

Promotion

Promotion to the next class is determined by a student's overall performance throughout the academic year. This includes assessments, class participation, and assignments. Additionally, the student's attendance record is a critical factor in the promotion decision. Consistent attendance is essential as it reflects the student commitment to their studies and their participation in school activities.
